AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official resale marketplace. This new feature brings state-of-the-art experiences to fans along with the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing their tickets on AXS.com or in the AXS App. Click here for more information about AXS Mobile ID. Download the AXS App on the App Store or on Google Play. AXS Mobile ID allows for convenience, flexibility and security. You can manage tickets digitally, transfer or sell tickets when needed (if applicable), and remain assured that all tickets are authentic and secure.

Refunds are available at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets online before May 23, 2022, HoldMyTicket will automatically issue your refund. If you purchased your tickets online after May 22, 2022, AXS will automatically issue your refund back to the original credit card. If you paid cash for your tickets, and would like a refund, please visit our gift shop/box office. Hours of operation are: Monday – Thursday: CLOSED, Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 10pm, Sunday: 12pm – 8pm Please Note: Refunds typically post to your statement within 30 business days from the cancellation announcement.
